Personally reviewed by the founder
DoKheng personally reviews every accepted request and signs off the final report. He reads English and Chinese. AI-assisted research and drafting may support the work, but he checks the reasoning and sources himself.

Work begins only after complete inputs, customer agreement, cleared payment, and work-start confirmation. Delivery is 3–5 business days after those conditions; the clock pauses while required customer clarification is outstanding. No rush service is offered.

Method, privacy & reviewer limitations
- Factual claims about meaning, pronunciation, cultural context, popularity, and warnings are checked against sources; the final report does not rely solely on model output and records material uncertainty.
- Customer email, a child's full identity, birth details, and other directly identifying intake data are not pasted into consumer AI tools. Research uses anonymized case facts or an appropriately configured business or API environment.
- This is a practical founder review, not advice from a credentialed naming expert, linguist, native-market consultant, feng-shui or Bazi practitioner, or traditional-onomastics specialist.

If accepted, we email the exact scope, US$79 price, seller and support details, currency and tax treatment, payment instructions, reviewer, delivery date, revision and refund terms, and work-start condition. The offer is valid for seven days; you decide whether to agree and pay, and capacity is reserved only after payment.

Founder Review terms
- One factual correction or clarification round is included when requested within seven calendar days. A new shortlist, new region, or changed brief is new work.
- A full refund is available before work begins, if NameBridge cancels, or if NameBridge cannot meet the agreed deadline and the customer declines a revised date.
- After work begins, there is no promised change-of-mind refund merely because the recommendation is disliked. NameBridge will correct material factual or scope errors without charge; if they cannot be cured, an appropriate partial or full refund will be provided while preserving non-waivable consumer rights.
- For the first ten paid reviews, capacity is capped at three accepted reviews per week and two concurrently in progress.
- Chinese-character creation, traditional naming analysis, legal-name advice, trademark clearance, and guaranteed outcomes are excluded.
- The founder reads English and Chinese, but this service covers English-name decisions only; it does not create or assess Chinese-character names.

- Pronunciation
- KLAIR — one syllable, with a clear opening consonant and compact rhythm.
- Meaning and source context
- NameBridge’s approved English-name record summarizes Claire as “Bright and clear.” This is a concise etymological gloss, not a prediction of personality.
- Surname fit
- Claire Tan has a crisp two-part rhythm. The sounds at the name boundary stay distinct, so the full name is easy to separate in a spoken introduction.
- Contextual caution
- The current warning layer records no obvious warning in its initial pass. Claire is not a close sound match to Xinyi, so choose it for English usability and meaning rather than sound continuity.
- Recommendation
- A strong candidate when the priorities are concise pronunciation, a professional tone, and a bright meaning. Keep it on the shortlist and compare it with any option that offers a closer desired link to the Chinese name.
- Uncertainty
- This is contextual guidance, not a guarantee of every listener’s reaction. Accent, region, personal history, and the user’s own comfort can change the final decision.
